So you have just received Maytag oven repair and are looking to make good use out of your brand new stove top. How about trying your luck with stir fry? You don’t know how to stir fry? No problem, we’ve put together a few useful cooking tips to help you with your endeavor. Before you begin cooking your tasty Asian dish, make sure you have a few kitchen knives, cutting boards, and a large skillet or wok nearby.
Prepare All of Your Ingredients: Stir frying is often a very quick process, so it helps to have all of your vegetables and meat evenly cut before you even begin cooking. It is important to cut your ingredients in the same length and width so that they all cook evenly together.
Cook Your Meat First: If you run out of room in your skillet or wok, it may be a good idea to cook your meat first in order to avoid any under cooked or raw pieces. Adjust the heat so the meat cooks evenly, place aside in a warm place, and add to your dish at the end.
Add Vegetables, Oils, Ginger, and Spices: Wait until the pan is hot to add oil. Once the oil is sizzling, add your ginger and garlic spices. Stir fry for a few seconds until you can smell the spices in the air. Add all other ingredients such as carrots, broccoli, potatoes, corn, and sprouts. Wait about 10 minutes, add your sauce, and then cover for a few minutes. Pour over rice and enjoy!
